Andrea Jeanne Elmore, 46, of Canton, Georgia passed away on June 24th, 2022 at her home. Andrea was born on November 29, 1975 in Wabash, Indiana. She attended Cascade High School in Clayton, Indiana, and received her Bachelor's degree in Christian Education from Saint Louis Christian College.
Andrea had limitless energy and found ways to show love to her family, friends and neighbors every day of her life. Her heart for people was evident in every interaction. No plan for the Lord's service was too grandiose and no amount of work was too much.
She began her career as a middle school teacher at Mason Christian Academy in Mason, Illinois before aiding in the founding of Full Armor Christian Academy in Louisville, Illinois, which now educates hundreds of students across multiple campuses. Upon moving to Georgia, Andrea taught multiple grades at Cherokee Christian School in Woodstock where her three children attend.
She was a faithful servant in her church, often catalyzing outreach programs and spearheading VBS and children's activities. She had a passionate love for the mission field as well. Andrea's love changed lives and touched hearts in six continents, by way of mission trips to Brazil, Scotland, France, Kenya, and more, and by way of opening her home to Christian missionaries from India, the Phillipines, and countless other countries. She served the Lord until her very last breath, knocking on doors to ask for prayer requests just ten days before she passed.
Andrea is survived by her husband of twenty-four years, Dustin Elmore, and their children, Lauren (18), Livia (15), and Liam (12) and a host of family and friends. Until we meet again, "happy thoughts to you!"
