Andrea Fahmy (aka Andi) of Duluth, GA, died on March 27, 2024, following a lengthy illness.  Andrea was born in Falls Church, VA.  At age four Andrea moved from Maryland with her parents to South Florida where she spent the remainder of her childhood.  Andrea graduated from Atlantic High School in 1992 in Delray Beach.  After high school Andrea went on to college where she majored in Communications at Georgia State University and graduated with a B.A. in 2000.

Following college Andrea worked as a Real Estate Salesperson for several years.  She also spent a lot of time volunteering for Angels Among Us Pet Rescue and became employed by them. In March 2019, Andrea became the Business Manager at Paw Patch Animal Clinic in Roswell, GA, until her passing.

Andrea was a vivacious and helpful person with many friends.  Her interests included cooking and entertaining.  She enjoyed Renaissance Fairs and was a big fan of Halloween.  Andrea and her husband also enjoyed occasional trips to Disney World.

Andrea was preceded in death by her father, Safwat Fahmy. She is survived by her husband, Danny (Deaye) Reece, and mother, Sheila Fahmy of Woodstock, GA.  A Celebration of Life was held at the home of Gary and Wendy Robinson in Lawrenceville, GA, on March 30, 2024.  Approximately 100 people were in attendance.
