Andy was one of 3 children born to Betty Jean Parks-Hobor and Andrew Flemming Parks, Sr. Also leaves to cherish his memories: 1 sister, Duralyn Denise Parks and 1 brother, Terence Allen Parks, nephew, Terrious Allen Parks, Michael Laveal Parks and Quinn Ansley Parks.
Andy was a sweet, loving child. When he was little, he liked to play with the small kids that didn't make fun of him because he wore a brace. He loved music, video games, sports, and always liked to shop. He was very smart too, you would never know that he had a disability. He never met any strangers, he loved talking to everyone. God speed my son, give you back to your Heavenly Father in Heaven. Love you forever.
He leaves to cherish memories five aunts: Margaret I. Pierce of Charlotte, N. Carolina, Virginia R. Young of Dayton, OH, Vanessa M. Lockett of Dayton, OH, Joanna Lockett-Blair (Eddie) of Chicago, IL and Ravonda J. Lockett of Dayton, OH. A host of cousins, nieces and nephews and other members of the Lockett and Murphy family. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James & Josephine Lockett, uncles and aunts of the Parks family.
The Parks family wish to thank the care givers and everyone for their prayers, love, cards, phone calls, visits and condolences during their time of grief.
No time to cry. Don't shed a tear. I am with God, in spirit I am here. I kept the faith. My spirit is light. I am at peace now, I fought the good fight.
