He is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.

Apollo was bold and adventurous and marveled for an exciting challenge. He was theoretic about expressing how he felt about himself towards others. He was genuine and kind, who had a heart of gold. He enjoyed traveling on numerous flights out of town to Washington D.C. where he visited the National Museum of African American History, St. Louis, MO., Saint Louis Zoo, Boston, MASS., where he enjoyed a cruise ship boat ride of the Boston Harbor, Several of the Beaches which he enjoyed playing in the sand and letting his feet enjoy the waves from the ocean sea. He experienced his very first cruise ship ride to the Bahamas at the age of 2. He hoped to one day travel to Yellowstone Park and see the geysers.  He loved spending time with his family and he especially adored and was protective over his niece.  Apollo last attended Nickajack Elementary and was in the 5th grade, however, he was homeschooled a majority of his life which his favorite subjects were math and reading. He enjoyed playing soccer for the College Park, Soccer in the Streets Youth Boys Soccer Team. He attended The Call to Manhood Program in East Point, Georgia where he was shown leadership skills, etiquette, and teamwork and enjoyed a challenging game of chess. He was a critical thinker and enjoyed piecing together a good puzzle. His rubic cube was one of his favorite pastimes, along with his Nintendo Switch which he would battle his brother and others in Fortnite and Roblox.  Building with his Lego set was one of his favorite hobbies. He loved playing Monopoly with his siblings and oftentimes told us that he would one day be a businessman with a briefcase full of money. He participated and volunteered at events in the community in numerous ways, assisting his mother help with flyers for an east point city council member, he volunteered at Apartment Life community events hosted by his mother throughout the year. He was a part business owner of Tiny Tot's Entertainment LLC.  Where he was persistent about making sure we were always doing a good job with severing our customers and even during his illness his willpower was strong and he wanted to assist with setting up and his determination was endless.

He has had involvement where he participated with the community in taking part in engagements on behalf of social events that resonated with his heart.

Apollo Settles had courage and was a warrior that was battling cancer and in spite of it all he kept a smile on his face and he never complained about the pain he was in. He will forever be remembered as a CHAMP!! Apollo will be missed by all that loved him, and he will forever be in our hearts!
