Obituary

Barbara Ann Staebell was born February 25, 1938 in Chicago, Illinois. She is survived by her husband          Tom Staebell Sr.; Children  Ann Staebell Bertsche and Tom Staebell Jr.; Her daughter-in-law Jennifer Carson Staebell and  son-in-law Jim Bertsche; Grandchildren Aerial Staebell, Hannah Carson and Jared Carson; Brothers Peter Kartel and Paul Kartel.

Barbara was a full-time mom and a devoted catholic. She loved animals and was an avid supporter of the Humane Society and animal rescue organizations. She loved to read books and her favorite author was     James Patterson. Barbara was a loving soul who had a generous heart.

Barbara will join her brothers Richard Kartel and Fred Kartel in heaven.

Visitation is Friday, September 21st from 5 pm to 7 pm and Memorial service is Saturday, September 22 in the Chapel at the Lakeside Funeral Home in Woodstock, GA at 11 AM with a small reception afterwards. Barbara will be laid to rest at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA on Monday, September 24th. Only immediate family will attend the burial ceremony.
