In Loving Memory of Carolyn May Byrne

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Carolyn May Byrne, who entered eternal rest at the age of 91 on Sunday July 26 after a sudden battle with stage 4 cancer. Born on June 5, 1935 in Baltimore, MD she was the daughter of the late Frank Calvert and Carrie Walters Calvert.

Carolyn lived a life filled with love, grace, and joy. She was a loving mother, and grandmother. Her warmth, kindness, and smile left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

One of Carolyn's greatest passions was music. She loved to dance, and whenever her favorite songs played, she found happiness on the dance floor. Her love of music brought smiles, laughter, and treasured memories to family and friends. She had a beautiful way of making every moment feel a little brighter.

Although her illness came unexpectedly and progressed quickly, Carolyn faced it with remarkable strength and dignity. Her courage was an inspiration to those who stood beside her.

Carolyn leaves behind her son William Kincaid and daughter Robin Calendar; grandson Ross Kone, and her beloved dog Bootsie. In addition to her parents Carolyn is preceded in death by her husband John Byrne and grandson Bryan Kone.

While her absence leaves an immeasurable void, her legacy of compassion, joy, and unconditional love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Her family finds comfort in knowing that the music she loved has been replaced by heavenly songs and that she is now at peace.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to her favorite charity St Jude Children's Hospital, or that acts of kindness be performed in her memory.

Carolyn will be deeply missed, forever loved, and always remembered and never forgotten
