Cary "Glenn" Tripp, age 70, passed away in his home on December 30, 2022. Glenn was born November 4,1952 in Belton, SC and was raised in the area with his brother and sisters.

Glenn was a man of action. After serving in the Air Force for 3 years as a young man and being honorably discharged, he started his own electronics company. From there, he moved into Information Technology, eventually working his way up to database architect working for Oracle and other large companies. In his free time, he enjoyed running, cycling and golf. Glenn was strong-willed with a feisty personality and a playful sense of humor. He leaves a legacy of grit and determination for his survivors, including: his sons, Ryan, Brandon, Scott and Matthew, his step-children, Jesse Linden and Courtney Linden, and his brother and his wife, Dale and Diane Tripp as well as grandchildren and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife of 20 years, Roberta "Robin" Ann Marie Linden, his stepson, Luke Linden, his parents Thaddeus and Peggy Sue Tripp, and his sisters Becky and Peggy Tripp.

Per Glenn's wishes, a ceremony will take place followed by joint internment for him and his late wife Robin at Fort Jackson National Cemetery in Columbia, SC on May 18, 2023 at 12pm.
