Charlene Young Rutledge of Fairmount, Georgia passed away at the age of 60, on March 10, 2021, following an extended illness, with her family by her side. Charlene was very creative, she   enjoyed art, sewing, and crafting. She loved horses, and also enjoyed the outdoors. She liked to fish, play horseshoes, and camp, but loved nothing more, than spending time with her children, and grandbabies.

Charlene was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Rutledge, son, Matthew Rutledge, and brother, Charles Young.

Surviving her is daughter, Jennifer (Kevin) Setser, their children, (Charlene's grandchildren), Katie and Kevin Setser sister, Yvonne Hawkins, brothers, Red Young, Oscar (Sue) Young, Arthur (Diane) Young, and Mark Young. Several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive. Her loving family and friends will miss her, and remember her, fondly.

Visitation will begin on Friday, March 12, 2021 at 2:00 until 10:00 at Lakeside Funeral Home, on Saturday from 11:00am to 10:00pm, and on Sunday from 11:00 until the funeral hour.

Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, March 14, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Lakeside Funeral Home.
