Christen Russell Cheek , 35 years old, of Acworth , GA passed away sudden and unexpectantly on September 15 , 2018. He lived in Acworth with his girlfriend of 2 years, Annie Echols.

Christen was born in Plano, Texas in 19 83 where he spent his early childhood . The family relocated to Atlanta in 1990 and settled in Marietta, GA. Growing u p , Chris thrived in the participation of the Boy Scouts with his father Craig Cheek as his scout leader . Chris was quick to express his love for soccer and spent a lot of his youth developing the skills and passion for the sport .  S taying close to his roots, Chris never lost his love for the Dallas Cowboys . Chris sh owed his love and kindness to all his friends, family and especially his dogs .

The family will be receiving friends on Sunday , September 23 from 11-12:45 PM at Lakeside Funeral Home located at 121 Claremore Drive, Woodstock, GA 30188. The Memorial Service will begin at 1 PM and will be officiated by his Uncle, Robert (Robby) Jackson .

Sister and b rother-in-law , Courtney and Adam Kelly of Black Mountain, NC. y ounger b rother, Cody Cheek of Roswell.  Four nieces and one nephew.
