Constance "Connie" Kaness passed away Thursday, August 13th at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital after a brief illness. She was born on April 8, 1957 to Charles H. and June M. Kaness, both deceased. She is survived by two sisters: Carolyn Hamilton of Markle, Indiana and Shirley Heinsch of Newnan, Georgia and their loving families. Connie had a degree in Interior Design from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and spent most of her career working at Ethan Allen and Haverty's. She was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Woodstock and enjoyed volunteering at many parish ministries such as Columbiettes, Adoration, and RCIA.
