Mrs. Cynthia " Cindy" Jones (Tauriello) died peacefully in hospice on October 5, 2018 in Marietta, GA at the age of 66 .

Cindy is survived by her husband, William "Bill" Jones; children, Kristen Santos, Billy Jones and Erin Owenby; siblings, Joey and Terry Tauriello of Houston, TX . She is preceded in death by her father James L Tauriello, her mother Cecelia Tauriello and brother, Jimmy Tauriello of Houston, TX.

Cindy was born on September 8, 1952 in Houston, TX to James and Cecelia Tauriello . She graduated from Spring Branch High School in 1970 . She married William (Bill) Jones , whom she met on a blind date in 1978 .

Cindy was a talented homemaker who enjoyed decorating the home and loved cooking enough to feed an army.  She was a generous individual with a great sense of humor who loved spending time with her six grandchildren and caring for her animals at her hobby farm.

A viewing is scheduled for Thursday, October 11, 2018 from 5:00 to 8:00pm at Lakeside Funeral Home in Woodstock, GA . All are welcome to attend and celebrate Cindy 's life on Friday, October 12, 2018 at 11:00am at Lakeside Funeral Home . The family would like to thank the staff at Cartersville Hospital, Kennestone Regional Medical Center and Tranquility Hospice of Marietta for their expert skill and compassion .
