Wheeler Daniel Williams, 64, of Talking Rock, GA, passed away peacefully on August 25, 2026, at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital.

Daniel was born on February 23, 1962, in Canton, GA, to Doyal and Ruthell Williams. He married the love of his life, Angie Dills, on July 28, 1997. Daniel cherished time with his family, loved vacationing together and riding motorcycles, and was known for his warm heart and the smile he always seemed to have. His greatest accomplishment was being a papaw.

Daniel was preceded in death by his parents, Doyal and Ruthell Williams, and his brothers, Wade, Scotty, and Stevie Williams.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Angie Williams; children Ricky Williams (Lisa), Nathan Williams, Christi Williams, Leslie Stephens (Joshua), Kevin Williams, and A.J. Williams; siblings Dianne Standridge, Renia Meeks, Joe Williams, and Randy Williams; and several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Daniel will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
