Derrill Earl Brown (aka "The Ancient Mariner"), 88, of Woodstock Georgia passed away on July 30, 2024, from death into life in the presence of God.

Derrill was born at his grandmother's home in Chicago, Illinois on May 4, 1936. He grew up, went to school, and played football in college in Illinois. It is also where he found and excelled in his career with Ecolab, where he worked hard to become a Vice President of National Accounts where he earned the love and respect of customers and colleagues alike.  It is also where he met Shirley, his beloved wife, soulmate and First Mate of 30 years.

Derrill is survived by his wife Shirley, sister-in-law Jeannette, by children Erik, Elisa and Kris and 6 grandchildren.
