Duane Dean Langston, 58, of Woodstock, GA passed away on January 16, 2024. Mr. Langston was born September 9, 1965 in Berwin, IL. In 1984, he started his career at AT&T where he spent 32 years until his retirement in 2016. He married Dorothy Anne Micanek on May 23, 1987 in Manchester, MO. They were married 36 years until his passing. He enjoyed music, movies, fishing, camping, biking, and anything outdoors. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Lee Langston (75); brothers Richard Lee Langston, Jr. (51) and Dennis Eugene Langston (52).

He is survived by his mother, Mary Catherine Shelton Langston (84, Woodstock); brother Daryl Wayne Langston (62, Ellijay); wife Dorothy Anne Micanek Langston (56, Woodstock); daughters Nicole Leree Langston (31, Marietta) and Sara Lindsay Langston (30, Marietta); and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

The visitation and service will be held at Lakeside Funeral Home in Woodstock, GA. Visitation is from 2:00 - 5:00 EST, and service is at 5:00 EST. All friends and family are welcome to attend.
