Lee Edward Lineberger "{Eddie}" passed away peacefully at WellStar Kennestone Hospital on Wednesday October 16th in Marietta, GA at the age of 71.

Eddie is survived by his children David Lineberger of Charlotte, NC, Doug Lineberger of Cartersville, GA and Krista Wilklow of Greenville, SC, Brother Steve Lineberger Sr. of Hickory, NC. He also loved and enjoyed spending quality time with his grandchildren; Zach Lineberger (Emily), Nichole Weldon (Jesse), Ryan Garrett, Dillon Garrett (Kayla) and Kelsey Garrett and great grandchildren; Matthew, Lydia, Brendan, John David and Teagan. Eddie is preceded in death by his wife Karen Lineberger and parents George and Chasta Lineberger of Hickory, NC.

Eddie Lineberger was born on February 29, 1948 in Hickory NC later moving to Georgia and working at US Foods for over 40 years until retirement in 2012. His favorite things to do were to spend time with his family, friends and fishing on the lake where he lived, Lake Alatoona.

Visitation is scheduled for Sunday October 20th at Lakeside Funeral Home 121 Claremore Drive Woodstock, GA 30188 from 12:00pm-1:30pm, with a graveside service following 2:00pm at Rolling Hills Memory Gardens 4355 Highway 92 Acworth, GA 30102. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Eddie's life.
