Gerry Lynn Guth, 62 of Cumming, GA, died Friday, August 10, 2018. She was an active member of First Baptist Church Woodstock, where she was a faithful servant of the Lord, and a dedicated leader within the greeters' ministry. From her birth in Savannah, on August 16th, 1955 to her death on Friday she nourished people around her with love, faith, and music. Through her abundant photos, scrapbooks, and keepsakes, she was able to share her passion for traveling with her family to forever cherish her memory.

She is preceded in death by her son Christopher Eugene Cook and her parents, Alice Gerry Hollingsworth and Eugene Pearce Hollingsworth.

Left to honor and remember her love is her husband, Stanley Guth; her children, Diana (John) Miltiades, Kimberly Youmans, Jill (Greg) Fairchild and Madeline (Scott) Hamilton; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; siblings, Gail Hollingsworth Cook, Tannie (Nancy) Ellison, Richard (Margaret) Ellison, Marcia (Rolfs) Hargrave, and Steve Ellison; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday, August 14th from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Lakeside Funeral Home, 121 Claremore Dr, Woodstock, GA  30188.

Funeral services will be, Wednesday, August 15th starting at 11:00 am at The Chapel - First Baptist Woodstock, 11905 GA-92, Woodstock, GA  30188. Visitation from 10:30 am to 11:00 am.

The graveside service will immediately follow at Arlington Memorial Cemetery, 201 Mount Vernon Highway, Sandy Springs, GA 30328.
