James Christopher Lipscomb was born to Vivian Lipscomb and the late James R. Lipscomb, on December 2, 1969, in Asheboro, North Carolina.

"Chris" gained his wings on Sunday, December 1, 2019 at his home in Woodstock, GA.  He had a passion for fishing and loved football.   Especially his Miami Dolphins!   Now cherishing his memories is his son, Christopher T. Lipscomb; his daughter, Jakeyda Lipscomb; Fiance, Felicia S. Massey; mother, Vivian Lipscomb; sister, Nicole Lipscomb-Pennie (Elix); sister, Chandra Cheek-Ridley(David); Mae Smith (Dwayne); host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

A memorial service for Chris was held on Saturday, December 7th, 2019, at 3:00 PM in Greer, South Carolina.
