James Devoe Doyle of Woodstock, GA, 64, passed away on August 20, 2021.  He was known to many by his nickname, Dee.  He was born in Clearwater, Florida to Jerry Devoe Doyle and Loretta Crockett Doyle on January 15, 1957.

He is survived by his former wife, June Newton and their son, Jefferson Doyle (Melissa) of Ball Ground, GA.; sisters Dianne Painter (G.W.) of London, KY; Carlyn Doyle of Auburn, GA; and son-in-law, Kevin Smith of Ball Ground, GA; grandson, Jefferson Doyle, Jr., granddaughters Isabelle Doyle and Kennedy Smith; and stepmother, Lorrie Wade Bailey Doyle. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Devoe Doyle in 2015, his mother, Loretta Crockett Doyle in 1991, and his beloved daughter, Charlotte Doyle Smith on April 23, 2021.

Dee graduated from Coffee County High School in 1975 and attended South Georgia State College.  He enjoyed theatre and construction.  He worked in residential remodeling.  He owned and operated Doyle Enterprises , a remodeling company from the late 90's until 2003. He also enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles, and was a member of Woodstock Wings.
