James Schele died on June 7th, 2023, at his home in Woodstock, Georgia at the age of 69.

Jim was born in Evansville, Indiana on August 2, 1953, to the late Joseph J. Schele and Mary (Ripplemeier) Schele. He graduated from F.J. Reitz High School in 1971. Jim honorably served in the United States Air Force where he met his wife Sandra. Jim and Sandra were married in 1976.

Jim retired from Carl Black Chevrolet Buick as Rental Car Manager.

Surviving are his wife of 47 years, Sandra (Snider) Schele of Woodstock, GA;
Three sisters Linda (Schele) Yeast (Orval) of Jasper, GA, Diana (Schele) Collins (Tom) of Fort Branch, Indiana, and Tina (Schele) McIntyre (Erik) of Evansville, Indiana;
four nephews, Jeffrey Yeast, Christopher Collins, Brian, and Andrew McIntyre;
two nieces, Angela Collins Speedy and April Yeast.

Viewing for friends and family will be from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Lakeside Funeral Home, Woodstock, GA, on Friday, June 16.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Jim to the American Cancer Society.
