Janice Schweers Minor, 84, of Marietta, Georgia passed away on September 13, 2023.

Janice was born in Georgetown, South Carolina.

She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved spending time with her family, and caring for those around her.  She was always there to support us when we needed her. She will be missed by family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her son, Stephen Minor, and her sister, Sylvia Franklin.

She is survived by her spouse of 66 years, Willie Glen Minor, daughter Jennifer Hassler (Stephen Hassler), daughter-in-law Karen Minor,  grandchildren, Katie Hardwick, Zachary Minor, and Gregory Hassler and Great-granddaughter, Lorna Hardwick, sister, Susan Woods, brother, David Schweers and other extended family members.

A memorial service will be planned for a later date to celebrate her life.
