Mr. Jeffrey Alan Slayton, 55, went to heaven on December 17, 2025.

Jeff was born on January 18, 1970, in Atlanta, GA, to parents, James Clyde Slayton, Jr. and Eula "Deanie" Slayton. He graduated from Central Fellowship Christian Academy, Warner Robins, GA, in 1988. He lettered in baseball and basketball. His professional career included 24 years at the Xerox Corporation and was currently employed at Alphagraphics. He loved his job and was a dedicated employee

Jeff came to faith in Christ as a young boy. He loved and cherished his family. He was well loved by all who knew him.

"I met the love of my life, Jeff in January 2022, he was the sweetest, kindest, most loving man I had ever met. He was dedicated in our relationship. We married in June of 2025, one of the happiest days of my life. He was a wonderful pawpaw to my grandsons, and a great friend to my grown children. He will be missed and treasured always."

Survivors include his wife, Christie, mother, Deanie Slayton, and sister, Suzanne Slayton.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Woodstock.

A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2025, at Lakeside Funeral Home at 12:00 pm, with a visitation beginning at 10:00 am.
