Mrs. Judy Dianne Putman went home to be with the Lord on December 7, 2025, passing peacefully surrounded by the family she cherished. Born on June 14, 1947, in Gastonia, NC, to Lester and Della Brown, Judy spent her life pouring love into everyone around her.

On December 7, 1965, she married her best friend and the love of her life, Earnest Putman. Together they built a home filled with faith, laughter, and the joy of raising their family. Judy was the heart of that home, an endlessly devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, whose greatest happiness came from caring for her loved ones. Her deep and steadfast love for her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, guided every day of her life.

Judy is survived by her beloved husband of 60 years, Earnest; her three daughters, Michele Helms, Kim Chamlee, and Katherine Winkler; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 11 am at the First Baptist Church Woodstock Warehouse, which can be found here:
