Lawrence Douglas Dobbins passed in peace June 11, 2019 in Marietta, Georgia.  He was surrounded by his loving wife and 2 daughters.

Doug was born on February 15, 1948 in Oakridge, TN. Throughout his life he left a lasting impression on many people.  He never met a stranger.  To meet Doug was to love Doug.

Doug will be fondly remembered by many family and friends as a loving husband and father, an active member of His Hands Church in Woodstock, GA, a former campus police officer and an Airforce Veteran.

In honoring Doug's wishes, private services will be held by close family and friends.
