Margaret Faye McCraw Stokley entered into the arms of Jesus on Friday, February 16, 2024.

Margaret was born in Neshoba County, Mississippi to John and Lillie McCraw. She was married to James C. Stokley for 69 years.

Margaret was a woman of strong faith and compassion. She was involved in many church activities including women Bible studies, Sunday school, and the Women's Missionary Union at First Baptist Church in Woodstock, Georgia.

Margaret will be remembered as a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who enjoyed creating lasting memories for others through her kindness and thoughtfulness.

Margaret is survived by her husband, Jim; daughter, Sharon Ams of Birmingham, Alabama; grandson, Matthew Ams (Kathryn) of Smyrna, Georgia; and great grandsons Harrison and Parker Ams. In addition, she leaves behind beloved nieces, extended family and friends.

Services will be held at Lakeside Funeral Home on Thursday, February 22 with a visitation from 10:00 am to 11:00 am and service at 11:00 am. Interment will be at Georgia National Cemetery on Thursday, February 22 at 1:00 pm.
