Mr. Michael Byron Fitzgerald Sr., of Acworth, Georgia, passed away on September 22, 2021, at the age of 72.

Michael was born in Marietta, Georgia to Byron Fitzgerald and Evelyn (Fitzgerald) Webb on June 25, 1949. With the influence of several great men in his life, Michael became a man of integrity and hard work, who loved his family dearly. He retired in 2016 after a long career at Lockheed Martin. He enjoyed farming, and buying, selling, and trading animals. But he loved his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren even more so.

Mr. Fitzgerald is preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Beverly, whom he married on October 21, 1966. As well as their son Michael Byron Fitzgerald Jr. and his mother, Evelyn Webb.

He is survived by his daughter Melissa (Robert) Mull and son Kevin (Monica) Fitzgerald. Seven grandchildren, Austin (Kayla) Fitzgerald, Chelsea (Trent) Landers, Morgan Mull, Makaila Mull, Jacob Fitzgerald, Wyatt Fitzgerald, and Miken Mull. Also surviving are his two great-grandchildren Lucus Fitzgerald and Tucker Landers.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
