Modell Temple Pendergrass went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, May 15, 2021, in Atlanta, Georgia.

Modell affectionately called "Monay," was preceded in death by her husband Nickie Pendergrass, father Frisco Temple, and mother Nellie Temple.
She is survived by her sisters Judie Mulkey and Jenny (Alan) Bobo, and brothers Ken (Rhonda) Smith and Randy (Jan) Smith. Several nieces and nephews also survive Mrs. Pendergrass.

"Monay" was a nurse and worked for several years at the Woodstock Nursing Center, until rheumatoid arthritis crippled and disabled her. She spent the last years of her life at the Budd Terrace in Atlanta.

The family wants to thank the staff at Budd Terrace, her Doctors, Physical Therapist, and Nurses for their great care of her through these difficult years.
