Stephanie Ann Bierbaum-Howard May 6, 1976 - June 20, 2025 Stephanie Ann Bierbaum-Howard graced the world with her powerful presence on May 6th, 1976 in Red Oak, Iowa. She departed this life far too soon on June 20th, 2025, in Roswell, Georgia due to complications during surgery for pulmonary embolisms.Stephanie leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter and unforgettable zest for life. Stephanie's early years were rooted in Alton, Iowa, where her bold and passionate spirit began to bloom. She cultivated many deep, meaningful and lasting friendships while she grew up. She graduated from MOC-FV High School in 1994. Shortly after graduating, she relocated to Omaha, Nebraska where she would pursue her love of cutting-edge style and fashion by enrolling in Capital Beauty School where she would proudly earned her degree in Cosmetology in 1995. Steph's vibrant energy and strong work ethic eventually lead her into a long and successful career in business. She began her work in the industry of promotional products with American Identity, now known to many as Staples. Stephanie took great pride in her work, always striving to be her absolute best, leading by example, and lifting up those around her. She dedicated 13 years to The Summit Group, where she formed lasting friendships and earned respect from everyone that had the privilege of working with her. Stephanie's life changed forever when she met Rob Howard - her soulmate, the love of her life, and her self-proclaimed best friend. Together, they shared a magical love story that culminated in a fairytale wedding on the white-sand beaches of Riviera Maya, Mexico in February, 2016. They were surrounded by sunshine, the ocean breeze and the people who loved them most as they vowed to share their lives together. Stephanie lived her life boldly and embodied just what her favorite phrase declared: "Go big, or go home" . Whether it was cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes, collecting another pair of splendid designer shoes, playing card games with friends, hosting marathon games of Monopoly, taking long drives cross-country, or relaxing on the water with a cocktail, she embraced life with heart, humor and most importantly, a sense of style and panache, that can be described as none other than uniquely, unequivocally… Stephanie! Stephanie's presence lit up every room. Her contagious laugh created an infectious atmosphere that made it impossible for everyone not to take part. She also had a legendary and unique sneeze, that was epically known for turning even the most ordinary moment into one where everyone would have tears of laughter rolling down their faces. She always had a way of making everyone feel welcome, seen and special. Her spirit was positively magnetic, her love genuine, and her joy….contagious. She fiercely loved her family and friends, always making the effort to bridge the gaps in distance and years to remind them how cherished they were. Her relationships were her heartbeat, and she poured herself into keeping it strong and constant. Stephanie was preceded in death by her dad, Ronald Bierbaum; grandparents, Clarence and Winifred Kooima, Norman and Vera Bierbaum; step-grandparents, Cliff and Loretta Owens; Father-in-law Norman Howard; Uncle Mic Kooima, Aunt Connie Bierbaum, and cousins Kelsey Witt and Shanon Aeikens.
