Thomas (Tom) Strusienski, 83, born and raised in Buffalo, NY, passed away Sunday morning August 7, 2022, peacefully at home with his family. Tom is survived by his wife of 61 years, Theresa and his four children Mark, Virginia (Robert) Buettner, Diana (Robert) Ruhland, and Cheryl (Jonathan) Hebert.  Tom had one grandchild, Rowan.  She was his greatest joy, and he was affectionately known as "Poppy".

Tom was one of three children born to Helen and Frank Strusienski.  He is also survived by his sisters Elaine and Eleanor.  Tom had a successful career as a Lumber Business Owner in the City of Buffalo where he spent thirty plus years.  He spent his retirement years in Fort Myers, Florida.  He was an avid outdoorsman and sports enthusiast.  He was a sunworshipper and loved to take long walks on the beach.

He was the greatest husband, father, "Poppy" and family man.  He will be missed by all who knew him and loved him.
