Walter "Jeff" Huckaby

Mr. Walter "Jeff" Huckaby, 61, of Canton, Georgia, passed away on October 27, 2026. He was born on August 4, 1965, in Atlanta, Georgia, to Janet and the late Harry Huckaby.

Jeff was a devoted husband, loving father, loyal friend, and a man whose larger-than-life personality left a lasting impression on everyone he met. He was married to the love of his life, Joni, and graduated from Kennesaw State University. A hardworking salesman by profession, Jeff was known for his quick wit, endless jokes, and ability to make friends wherever he went. He truly never met a stranger.

Jeff had a passion for cars and could often be found at a car show whenever the weather was nice. He also never turned down good barbecue or chicken wings! But above all else, his greatest joy was his family. He loved spoiling his wife and daughter endlessly, and they were truly the center of his world. Jeff was the kind of friend who always showed up when someone needed him, and his kindness, humor, and generous heart will be deeply missed.

Jeff leaves behind his beloved wife, Joni Huckaby; his mother, Janet Huckaby; his daughter, Haley Kelley; and his sister, Elaine Edwards.

Though his time here was far too short, the laughter he shared, the friendships he built, and the love he gave will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. He will be remembered always and missed more than words can express.
