William "Howard" Randolph, born in Hamilton, Georgia, February 5, 1946, passed away on March 12, 2022, peacefully at home in Canton, Georgia at the age of 76.

He was employed by IBM for 15 years, then became a stay-at-home dad to David & Heather. Howard had a thirst for knowledge and enjoyed creating stained glass pieces, as well as building aquariums, aviaries, and train configurations on his computer. Howard loved to dance and was an avid reader, with a special interest in history and science fiction.

Howard was preceded in death by his parents, Elizabeth and James Edward Randolph Sr., brother James Edward Randolph Jr., and nephew John Brian Randolph.

He is survived by his wife, Andrea, son, David (Carrie) Randolph, and daughter Heather (Jackson) Murphy. Also surviving are brother, George (J. Faye) Randolph, and grandchildren, Alyse, Ava, Jack, and Kate, niece, Beth McCullough, nephew, James "Tres" Randolph III, and cousins, Michael Wilson, Christine Ann Dietsch, and Myra Bates.
