Immediate Need
Immediate Assistance After a Loss
Planning a funeral can be stressful, but you're not alone. In order to remember your loved one and support you as you grieve, our staff is available. The information provided here will assist you in getting started. But feel free to get in touch with us if you have any inquiries.

Within Hours
Before a loved one is brought into our care after passing away at home or someplace else other than a hospital, you must call emergency services. You should also phone the doctor who was treating your loved one if they were receiving treatment.
If your loved one passes away while receiving medical attention such as hospice care, the hospital or care provider will tell the appropriate authorities, which may include your preferred funeral home. You can get a pronouncement sheet and other required documentation with the aid of the emergency and medical personnel concerned.
Do not hesitate to call us if you are unsure about what to do.
Within Days
Through phone calls and if possible personal visits, you should inform your loved one's close friends and family about their passing. You might ask a dependable relative or friend for assistance because this can be a challenging task.
You should also go over the preplanned funeral wishes for your loved one's funeral and schedule a meeting with a funeral director to organize the event. Consider some of the more significant decisions you'll need to make, such as:
- Burial or cremation
- Kind of urn or casket
- The site of their tomb or mausoleum if they are to be buried
- Location of the deceased's ultimate resting place, either a burial or scattering, in the case of cremation
- Services of various kinds, including memorials at gravesides and viewings
- Any religious services, including those provided by clergy or spiritual guides
Remember that this is just the beginning and that you don't have to have all the answers at this time. Please get in touch with us if you have any inquiries or would like more details about the many funeral service options. We want to make this process as simple and meaningful as we can.
